The garbage bin was overflowing and the dining area appeared to have been neglected all evening. Sure, you have the option to drink unlimited amounts, but at what expense? Additionally, the burger seemed to have been assembled with too much pressure, which is a common issue with fast food joints. Our previous experiences have been excellent, with quick service and delicious food. The staff is friendly and we have had no complaints so far.
Do not EVER order ANYTHING from this Burgerking as delivery. Every single time, and I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME, they forget at least one item!!!! Be it just the sodas, or even a big part of your order! It's easier to complain to them, if you just walk there and order. Never use wolt or foodora, better yet, never use this restaurant.
We ordered this two long chicken meal for 10 euros. The chicken sandwich is fairly good because its freshly cooked. However the french fries that comes with it is disappointingly cold. Perhaps the staff threw the old cook fries to asian customers like me : I havent had a chance to ask for an exchange as my order is to go.
Excellent location for a good service and decent eating.
Extremely slow service, every time! a simple order of two meals it takes over half an hour! and it is not as if the place is busy, there was almost nobody before us in the order of waiting and yet it took so long
