What Kristiina A doesn't like about Cafe Fika:
Fika is Swedish and means a (coffee) break so it was a pity that the coffee we had on a Saturday morning was nothing to write home about. The normal coffee is served from a hot plate who knows how long it's been standing there, and the espresso was way too watery. Cozy coffee house in front of the sibellius museum!
Very small but quaint in a wooden building and with extremely friendly lady serving us. Cakes with a large selection, also savory pastries, and very good tea in a pot. Bonus was that you can take your dog with you to the Cafe. Was quite full, we visited on Dec 6, 2018 which was a national holiday in Finland.

Very nice old stylish cafe just on the backyard of the Turku cathedral. We enjoyed very fresh rhubarb strawberry Brita cake and wondered how they can make so sweet tasting fresh rhubarb. Especially I can recommend this cafe when weather is fine and you can sit outside. A nice slightly hidden secret cafe.
