The menus are up on the wall and the waitresses are the chefs daughters. The chef is an elderly Italian man who frequently appears out of the kitchen and has no problem raising his voice across the whole restaurant. My friend who lives in Milan told me he is extremely well known. I found the whole scenario quite comical! View all feedback.
This must be my 10. Visit in the last 3 years, and every time I go there, I experience great food and fantastic service. The concept itself is a no-brainer. You have to try it. How can a butcher shop hit your meat there and then grill? Nothing can be better than that! And if the meat is of premium quality, this is undoubtedly a winning formula. This time I had a Texan steak (which is heavily marbled and tasty) and the other people in our group had a Bistecca Fiorentina served on a Himalayan salt plate. Of course, the salt melts when the warm meat is placed on it. WOW! I don't think you have to mention that the steaks were cooked to perfection.... because this is always the case with Manzo. But the balance of saltiness from the plate with the delicious Fiontina is from this world. We liked it so much that the three of us are now to be used in the process of buying a salt plate at home. As I said, my Texan Steak was also very juicy and delicious. The cabbage in lemon juice we ordered as a side salad was the best companion to these great dishes. Manzo' was my number one restaurant in Turin. It is still after this visit and I think that it will be very difficult for every banquet to knock it off the throne!
Simply wonderful MEAT .. our selection of foods was a schnapps and a fiorentina cooked in the best way possible. 5*
Dream place for a carnivore. The steak that comes on a salt board is amazing.

Described by a colleague as a butchers that cooks for you . Reductive but joyously accurate. #meat
