The flavours of the tartars accompanied by fruits was definitely something to remember! I would have them again next time. The deer stew was really really tender, melting in your mouth and perfectly seasoned. I think this dish was the perfect match with the Terratico di Bibbona wine. Will definitely remember this dish. The crocodile burger for me was top too. If you are a person who craves fillet-o-fish and the texture of chicken, it is definitely a dish to try. Delicious combination of the sauces as well for this dish. I was very happy to check out this restaurant. A bit out of my regular budget for a dinner, but for sure a dinner to remember and return in the near future.
