We took the Argentine picanha and a fine Japanese beef, very tender and very tasty. The true added value is the explanation of all kinds of meat by the staff, available and very prepared. Excellent wine advice, a really good Sicilian frappato. A bit disappointing the Apulian bombettes (good, but a little too heavy for my taste), but experience definitely to recommend.
