Porkbusters Bbq - Tupper Lake

PorkBusters catered my very large group event.From the very beginning, Mike was amazing to work with.The food was amazing.We did chicken and pulled pork.Every went perfectly from delivery to buffet line set up.Would highly recommend them!!Vegetarian options: Was able to provide beyond burgers for our vegetarians

My mom and I found this place online since I was craving BBQ, and we decided to try the pulled pork nachos. The pork itself was very good as well as the apple salsa that came with it. There is a lot of cheese sauce so if you like it saucy you will love it. It's got some heat to it but nothing crazy. This was the only thing we ordered here but will define back if in the area.

Porkbusters hit a home run in catering our daughter's post-wedding BBQ for 120+ people in Saranac Lake. Mike was super flexible with my multiple changes (the party kept growing! and handled changes quickly, answering texts or emails sometimes within minutes. The delivery staff was on-time and courteous. Our guest's are still commenting on the beef brisket! All sides (potato salad, cole slaw, beans and Mac and cheese were DELICIOUS! Cornbread a hit with everyone. If you have a catering need, these guys/gals won't disappoint.

Mike at PorkBusters and his team's catering of our daughter's post wedding Adirondack BBQ was a homerun in every regard. Mike's flexibility with my constant changes (party kept growing! was a relief during a chaotic time. Every side dish (Mac and cheese, beans, potato salad and Cole slaw was delicious and we are still getting comments on the sliced brisket! Smoked Chicken quarters and a couple of choices of BBQ sauce topped off the menu. We couldn't be happier. Delivery staff was on time and friendly. Check Porkbusters out for your catered event. We shared the Porkbusters Mac Cheese and a Basic Brisket sandwich. Portions were generous and both were outstanding! We would be in trouble if this were available regularly in our hometown. We supped at the Rotary pavilion overlooking the lake and passed a beautiful evening!
