Jc Convention Center - Tupi

Good accommodation but there is no wifi in the room and the front desk opens at 11 am. they are still developing the place though.

Was there before the pandemic and i found the place great. They have good choices for coffee and tea.

For the price, JC is a nice place to stay. Friendly staff and nice pool area. The one thing that stands out that needs improvement is the open areas. You literally walk through a field to reach the room. With some nice garden upkeep and even neat gravel paths, it would improve the aesthetics greatly.

Just being honest, i was very disappointed.. Expectation vs. Reality.. Oct 03 and 04 we booked those dates to stay at JC hotel and convention for a big party for my daughter's 18th birthday held in their convention area.. First impression on our first night from the time i sat down on the bed i saw some mosquitoes flew out from under the bed..the floor is very dusty, the restroom is unclean ,the shower area was dirty. I was very shocked so i called a staff from the front desk and told them the issue.. Their service is way far different from what i was expected... zero rate....sorry.. To me they need to make sure everything is cleaned and ready before the guest come in.. they need to prioritize more on cleanliness...
