Go to jimmy johns probably three times a week. The workers have always been super nice. I have never gotten a bad sandwich. They did mess up my order today but i went back in and they apologized and made me a new one. Other restaurants would not do the same without hesitating. They will keep getting my business View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
It's obvious that limited staffing has impacted my local Jimmy John's. Sandwiches have been made incorrectly a variety of times. Cubanos have no mayo according to the menu, but yet there it is, slathered on. Also, the open ceiling already makes the place loud. Turn down the music and your employees won't have to yell to be heard. View all feedback.
I love Jimmy Johns too much. Sandwiches to fit me are very easy and they repair it just like I like. Recently I got the pimple instead of chips. They give it all, halved or quartered. It's a good crispy pickle. It is a perfect side for a fantastic sandwich!
Today for the first time since the first order of them online mostly. Super clean and friendly restaurant, the staff is fast and friendly. Was it bored to eat fresh on the street with its lack of funner service and spices for subs. Whether you order online or stop, for fresh food, friendly service, good food and not just a snack are prepared.
Fast service, staff are very friendly and attentive, the restaurant is clean, and the sandwiches are delicious. The French bread is for DIE. Love comes here.
Quick, clean and friendly. This is the easiest part of my week, the one thing that the kids I sit after a case of Monday blues is a country club split. Thank you for doing something better my week.
I love Jimmy John’s!! They slice the meat right there and the staff is nice! On this trip the guy checking us out was new and kept apologizing for asking for help. I told him, just slow down, take your time because I work retail too and I know how every system is different! He did great!
