We have been trying to find here for last several months and every time we came they were so shory staffed that only their bar area was open. Finally able to dine here last week. Service and food were both good View all feedback.
What Kirsty Lewis doesn't like about Chili's Bar and Grill:
They are in desperate need of help. Took almost 10 minutes to be seated. Literally we just stood at the desk waiting while some waiters walked around and no one ever greeted us or acknowledged our presence. Finally got a seat and something was flying around on the table. I wanted to go but my kids wanted to stay. We ordered and our food came our in 5 to 10 minute increments. We had to ask for silverware and napkins.... View all feedback.
I got my sister out for a night. She's never been to Chili before. It was absolutely fabulous. Great food, great service.
Once we were recognized at the door to take place, the service was good. The food was tasteful and fresh.
They were under servants, but the service was still good. The waitresses who were there made a great job! The food came out on Friday and hot was not long on it. Although they were short-handed, I can only say as a critic, the waiting was on the table, but it was understandable after the knowledge of the situation, and finally the food and service was worth waiting, I mean, come, his chili's!
My family and I are on our way back from Florida and decided to stop at Chili 's because we have had it before and it 's normally very good. Not the one in Tupelo. First off, the restaurant was extremely short staffed and required a 30-45 minute wait. Which is no big deal. But as we began ordering, the waitress kept listing off things they were out of because they didn 't get a truck. The appetizers arrived and the chips were getting stale but still edible. Our server bought our dessert(with ice cream) early because they were almost out and she didn 't want us to be without. Halfway through our meal, the drinks we had ran out so we had to get something different. And 2 people were served chicken fajitas without their vegetables(they didn 't tell us they were out of that). We didn 't even ask about them because we knew it wouldn 't fix the meal anyway. Our server was wonderful though and kept apologizing.
I love this place! They have a wide selection of dishes and always run specialties for lunch and dinner. The pick 3 is a particularly good value. Each table has a tablet-like kiosk for paying your meal as well as play time games while waiting for your meal. It's a good idea, but a bit deceptive when it comes to a trivia question. If you answer it, a CONTINUE button appears highlighted, which will charge you $1.99 for unlimited games while the CANCEL button is dimmed.
