tunis is a great place to visit, but vegetarian options are limited I usually ate sweet cousin. so to find the four seasons have a vegan menu was a great surprise. there are many possibilities and even a delicious carrot and pistachio cake. the service is also fantastic View all feedback.
There several times for lunch lately, as we live in la marsa, the regional suburb of Tunis, the capital city. with marie, the restaurant manager about my suggestions for implementing a vegan menu more possibilities and was thrilled to get a professional answer from her. also met omar, the chef cook a few times, who was pleased to create a local intl 4 page all vegan menu. omar has also pointed out that he would be willing to create custom vegan food next to this menu if they want to for example pasta, risotto or something else. you raw vegan top plate with dry ice is so cool, go! lunch is 12:30 to 3:30 o'clock and dinner starts at 18;30 o'clock to 11 o'clock
I would give this restaurant five stars if I could (the app just lets me give four. Maybe because it is not a fully vegan restaurant? if yes, it is a scandal in this case, as my understanding is that there is not something like a fully vegan restaurant in Tunisia.) eating out the dedicated vegan menu is really wonderful, and I really appreciate that chef omar has created it. I understand that it is the first and only vegan menu in whole Tunisia. that is very important. Although there are many wonderful random vegan dishes in Tunisia, few people know what vegetarianism is here, let alone veganism; most think a court with thunfish or huh will qualify. this makes the order as a vegan very difficult. even with the vegan passport app and more detailed explanation, our restrictions have not changed this yet, and every time we ordered, no matter how carefully we explained, we were very likely to get a meal with animal products of any kind. it is only not a concept that exists here, and so it was so nice to be able to order from the vegan menu here in four seasons with confidence and to get wonderfully prepared fully vegan dishes. tonight. chef omar introduced himself to our server that we had asked for the vegan menu. he came to our table and offered us a custom, largely off-menu, multi-course vegan meal. Of course we have accepted and enjoyed a beautifully presented, fresh, extremely tasty dinner, one of the best we ever had. I wrote pictures of everything he served us. such joy in every way possible.

The new chef chef alessandro from januar 2020 ensures that vegan guests (and guest visitors in restaurant) get 5* eat and go out filling and deliciously satisfied! we were here in 2018, when the previous cook omar did the same and even created a vegan menu for us masters and others. Now I'm not sure if they keep the dedicated Vegan menu, but if they show .toss next to the normal menu and let them know that they are diet preferences. after that they prepare to be amazed; and they could even speak with the amazing chef alessandro himself and get his recommendations. fyi on Sunday they have been brunch on Sunday, the delicious dips, beetroot creamy hummus and even vegan sushi available, so be sure to check this; we do.
