La construcción es reciente y el diseño bueno; la alberca necesita una renovación; así como el mobiliario de la alberca; las habitaciones son limpias y cuentan... read more La construcción es reciente y el diseño bueno; la alberca necesita una renovación; así como el mobiliario de la alberca; las habitaciones son limpias y cuentan con una pequeña estancia con un pequeño comedor y pequeña barra de cocina; además de una cama adicional, es aquí donde está el inconveniente no tiene aire acondicionado y solo cuenta con un ventilador con velocidad pre regulada que francamente no sirve para nada, por lo que es casi imposible permanecer buen rato en esta área; no así en el dormitorio donde sí cuenta con aire acondicionado. El personal requiere preparación para trato con el público y clientes; son muy desatentos.Solicité en más de cinco ocasiones durante a la salida y posteriormente mi factura correspondiente y nunca me la pudieron realizar. No volvería a este lugar.

I was worried when I sa... read more This place is so charming that I can hardly bear it. My fiancée booked the room for us before I made a really deep dive into the square. I was worried when I saw some of the pictures online after we had reservations.... If you worry about how the pictures look, let me calm your mind. The whole complex seems to have been updated recently. The café/bar area has a new addition. The court area was lush and eclectic. The room was updated and beautiful. We have a room with a king-size bed and a hot tub on the terrace (I might call it a diving pool) and I could not recommend it anymore. We ate twice in the hotel restaurant and found it perfectly sufficient. Chilaquiles are the way to go (red salsa was superior, green FYI). We spent our days around the jungle at various archaeological sites to come back, take a quick soak in our own little tub before you prepare for dinner, was such a leak. The room was immaculate, the blue tile detail was again so charming. The bathroom was aesthetically pleasant. Our bed was a little firm, but after a day of activity it was very welcoming. The staff was amazing. The reception is so helpful and friendly. They gave us recommendations and helpful hints. It was also so nice to go out and back with them and let them know us by name. Really great service. Housekeeping was also great. There were little touches here and there that made us believe they were really proud of their work. Overall, this hotel would recommend. It was nice to be in town, away from the beach strip party. If you are looking for a cool place with all comfort, stay here.

Good restaurant, bike... read more Lovely hotel, the transfer was good, simple room with air cone and very comfortable large bed. Our room was cleaned and towels left daily. Good restaurant, bikes to rent and pool, able to swim up to 10 o'clock. All staff were friendly and helpful, especially Valentin....Staff were so helpful and tried to help and provide advice and called us taxis whenever necessary, usually to the beaches. A simple walk to the city centre and we also felt safe at night and explored the side streets near the hotel where we found traditional, less tourist Mexican restaurants with cheap great food and beautiful people. We kept many small changes to tap these beautiful, helpful and hardworking people. A nice hotel and holiday, would like to return! Linzi and Sarah

The garden, the pool, the surroundings, the staff! The room had a strange funny smeel that stayed on my clothes the whole rest of the trip.. the rooms are large and clean with all the amenities you could ask. It... has a mini fridge so you can have breakfast in the room for exemple. There is a restaurant in place with a very beautiful Italian lady and with her beautiful sweet sweet sweet sweet amazing dog Africa. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the bush of the main road and 6 km from the beach. You can rent a bicycle at the reception.
