Restaurante Paraiso Tulum

The service is really bad, the waiters take a long time to come to check on you and to bring the food and drinks, we rented towels and that also took forever, this was the second beach club we visited while being here and I...can totally say that the service was poor, I wouldn’t come back for sure

Please stay away from this place. The food is awful and the service is the worst!!! To make matters worst we were overcharged and it was not corrected. I will not be coming back and I will make sure that all my friends and family...stay away.

I wanted to like this place as I had heard such good things about it. However the service was horrible and the food literally made me sick. My first trip I went inside..only way to get anyones attention.. to order watermelon salad and a diet...coke. After minutes I checked on the order but somehow there was no communication with the kitchen and my order wasn't received. They went to the kitchen to make the salad which took another minutes which was odd because it really was just a salad. The next day I went back as it was next to a tour I was doing and I wanted a chair afterwards. First off the chair prices differed depending on who you asked. Took a long time to find an attendant then paid for the chair and ordered a drink and fruit plate. Took about minutes for the fruit plate which I ate and was sick min later. When I was ready to go I had to find my attendant. Even the other attendants couldnt get his attention. Only good thing is you could rent chairs...mine was you can get shade at one of the palm trees if you show up early.

We came here after seeing this beach from the ruins of Tulum. Seats were a bit pricy for where we were but the chairs were very comfortable. Service was excellent .We had great margaritas, and then ordered lunch. We loved that the servers brought tray...tables to us so we basically didn't have to move to eat lunch. Food was definitely above average- prices very fair. The water here is calm, clear and gorgeous. We highly recommend Paradise beach for sure. We'd come back in a heartbeat

This place occupies a decent spot on the north beach. It is more reasonably priced than other clubs (especially on the south beach) and had friendly and attentive staff. The food was average but not too overpriced. The thing that spoiled it was that at...the end of our visit, we received a bill which stated that no service was included, and that was recommended. All fine, until I noticed a small, unmarked amount equal to of the bill, added at the very bottom and included in the total. When I asked the waiter what it was, he said it was service. Seemed like a bit of misdirection and it left a bitter taste in our mouths. We would have returned here for every one of our remaining days in Tulum but decided against doing so after this incident. Either add the service or leave it off, the place is decent enough that people will tip! But don’t claim that no service is included and then sneak it on...
