It’s $80USD per person but so worth it and it goes towards your drinks and food. We were staying out of town at an AirBNB and so wanted an awesome spot for a beach day. Got a nest up high and enjoyed great food, reasonable priced drinks, a great spot in the beach, a warm pool with swim up bar and everything you could want and more! Good DJ who starts at midday and plays chill house music. Service was wonderful and we actually came back for a second day on our 4 days trip to Tulum as everywhere else charges the same minimum spend and their offering isn’t as good! We stayed all day and they close at 630pm when the sun goes down. Highly recommend!

Service is consist... read more Gorgeous and unusual hotel directly on the beach in Tulum, on what is probably the best expanse of white sand on this very developed stretch. Service is consistently excellent; rooms are kept spotless. Chose to come here for a week with grown children, in part because it’s advertised as eco-friendly and adults only. Not evident to me how it’s eco-friendly, though now I understand how it caters to adults. What this appears to mean is that the pounding DJ music starts early in the morning and lasts long into the night. The thumping electronica bass can be heard throughout the property well past midnight. Great place if you want to do Tequila shots and pose for soft-core Insta photos on the beach. Not so great if you want a week of rest, recovery and peaceful sleep.
