Beautiful place, delicious food, very clean! We had a lovely lunch and enjoyed swimming in the pool. A hidden gem!
We stopped here for lunch on our way back from Coba. This out of the way place is very much worth the stop. The restaurant is tucked away with a small intimate space. Of note, the restaurant and the bathrooms were spotlessly clean. The server here did not speak english but was friendly and welcoming. Regrettably, I cannot remember the names of the dishes we had. We started with a delicious spread made of a base of roasted pumpkin seeds along with some fresh homemade rustic tortilla chips. A very hot habnero sauce was served with it it was delicious but I recommend only one drop at a time until you judge the heat. Entrees were delicious slow cooked pork and chicken over small fried tortillas with a black bean spread. The food was a fraction of the cost of a comparable meal in Tulum proper.
Don’t miss it if you go to sferik or Coba It is worth the stop. Good !! Yucatan food is basically pork but this is the kind of por you can eat with no complaints. Clean and cooked in hot stones under .. pls try it and get to know quality is not against Goff price … I am Mexican and believe I must recommend the special places
