Definitely a most due while in Tulum. Great place, not busy and you can enjoy the best of both worlds the beach and a cenote). There's an entrance fee of 300mxn per person about $16) and then you just pay for whatever you which to eat or drink. Great food and super friendly customer service. So just relax and enjoy this wonderful place. You won't be disappointed. View all feedback.

Important things first the location is fantastic. The beach, the caleta, the cenote on the property are all great and worth a visit on their own, even if there was no hotel here. The hotel is nice, but don't expect some luxury resort. It's a low key affair. The rooms a large at least the Comfort ones) and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. What's not to like? The maintenance is not the greatest. The rooms have been recently renovated/painted. But they dripped paint on the floor and didn't clean it up, so at first glance it may seem like the floors are dirty. But those are paint spots, which require more than mopping to clean up. WiFi in the rooms is basically useless. When it connects it's slow and it keeps dropping the connection to the internet altogether, so don't plan of streaming movies in the evening. The reception noted that for their service provider two different rooms, in two different buildings, same problem), but we didn't see any improvement over the stay there. Back to the location. This is far off the main road and far from Tulum. You can walk to the dirt road and take a bus very cheap), but it's a good walk to the road and the road is not that well lit at night. A taxi charges about MXN$500 ~US$30 at current exchange rates) from/to Tulum. Having a car makes the stay here a lot more convenient.
