Everything is always delicious and prepared fresh. The staff is friendly and treats you like family.

Walked in and it wasn 't too busy. The person taking our order, Aracelli I 'm guessing it 's spelled, had little to no interest in taking our order. She never asked if it was dine in or carry out, she never asked any details to confirm whether we wanted boneless or bone in. She never asked if we wanted fries or veggie sticks. All she wanted to keep saying was is that it , and in a very unprofessional, rude tone of voice. We ordered our food at 3:54PM. After many people many in and ordering, and receiving their food before us, I started to question if our order was even sent to the cooks. After a group of girls came in, they were wingstop employees that were not working. They came in, received special treatment from the cook as he came out personally and asked what they wanted while they sat at the table. Then still received their food before us. I ended up walking up to the counter and handing back my receipt and telling them that I guess were not going to receive our order. I walked out, not having gotten any food. I watched Aracelli politely greet other people, totally different than the way she treated my and my spouse. I personally will never eat at this location ever again. Aside from the terrible customer service, the floors were filthy, soiled with soda and food. The tables hadn 't been cleaned, we had to clean our own table. If you don 't like your job, don 't work there. Aracelli needs to be fired to say the least, and management needs to be more attentive to their employees standing around and not doing anything to make the establishment a little more welcoming for people especially new customers. First impressions are important too.

The Hawaiian didn't really read sweet or tropical, and Cajun looked like it was just buffalo with some seasoning sprinkled on top. Fry's were also alright, Certainly had better. Fancy soda machine with the different flavor shots of each drink. Kinda saves it. People were fine. If you're craving wings and you're nearby sure go for it, but I certainly wouldn't travel too far for the food here. Overall it's alright.

I found a spot near the To-Go area and watched... read more Since I had already paid for my food and wanted to avoid the hassle of trying to get a refund, I decided to wait. I found a spot near the To-Go area and watched as customers came and went for half an hour. Finally, I caught the attention of one of the staff members and asked about my order. It turned out that my food had been placed on a shelf with other To-Go bags, and no one had brought it to me or notified me that it was ready. I returned home an hour and 20 minutes after placing my order, only to discover that they had mixed up the flavors I wanted. To top it off, the chicken wings were the smallest and most disappointing I had ever seen. Before I left the restaurant, a staff member mentioned they had put something extra in my bag for having to wait—what a joke! My wife and I love Wingstop, but this experience has left us with a very negative impression of this location.
