One of the staff members was actually wearing p... read more This location has only gone downhill. There were only 4-5 customers, yet they still managed to mess up our food. One of the staff members was actually wearing pajamas, and another was preoccupied chatting with a friend who had no business being there. The soda machines were mostly empty, and my large fries came with about the same amount as a small. On top of that, everything was cold and had clearly been sitting out for at least 30 minutes. If I hadn’t let it slide, I would have asked for a refund since everything was virtually inedible. It was definitely a waste of money, and driving all the way back for a refund didn't seem worth it. We will certainly not be returning to this dismal establishment!

Just as I was... read more (Update) Eventually, they called me forward, and my order was ready. I took the bag and double-checked with the manager to make sure it was mine. Just as I was about to leave, someone came after me saying I had forgotten a child's meal. I hadn't ordered a child's meal, so I informed them it wasn’t mine. When I got home, I discovered that my entire order was incorrect. This store really needs some help!
