What Kaylie Watsica doesn't like about Wendy's:
Absolutely terrible customer service. Poor management clearly. Anyone who would hire people like this can't be a competent manager. Our food was given away while we were waiting in the front for it for 20 minutes. Our orders were also up charged without telling us. Drive through operator was snarky and rude. Honestly put off of Wendy's as a whole after this. View all feedback. What Hal Huel likes about Wendy's:
My husband I went to get, I had to try a new peppermint frosty yum yum, it was great new flavors and salad was wonderful. He had some things fast and the customer service was great, was not in while going for Frost. Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
