Smooth out the rough spots. This is a nice, new place in the Tulsa Hills Shopping Center where you can get a great sandwich, salad or smoothie. I had the chicken, sesame salad which was very good. I also had the Cinn City coffee smoothie that was great. Very friendly service and very clean facility. View all feedback.
What Gloria Pfannerstill doesn't like about Tropical Smoothie Cafe:
This place provides good smoothies, but it has much to be desired. First off there is only one size of smoothie and it's on the larger end. I expected that a smoothie place would at least have two sizes. The second is the smell, across all locations the place has a weird earthy smell that can make you lose your appetite. Aside from that the smoothies are very good and well made. View all feedback.

My wife gave a job on the afternoon. I went inside and sat for about 10 to 12 minutes before I frustrated and went to the counter to ask her to confirm my online order. I told them it was under my name or the name of my wife, I also described my order. the other girl told me that they did not have my order and that it was sent to the others (they could not care less) since I wanted to call my wife to find out that I saw that a customer went to another worker at the theke and told them that there was a problem with his order that his order had my clothes pushed back to the cubic, so that my clothes So my smoothie sat there and became 5 minutes warm when I told the same worker that I asked about my order that I said the name on the label and they were here totally ignored, I was 100% rude. instead of apologising that she was completely silent the only thing that was offered after that was a drink carrier not a thank you, they are not welcome, not a me regret for the inconvenience. I understand that the days can be stressful, but if they have specialized in customer service, their customer service must be located and placed and ignore their customers when they create a problem is not customer service. do not put children into register, which does not take care of the Custom.er experience less. wasting the time of a cx is never acceptable.
My wife placed an order at noonish .I went inside and sat for roughly 10 to 12 minutes before getting frustrated and walking up to the counter to ask them to please confirm my online order. I told them it was under my or my wife's name, I also described my order. Counter girl told me they did not have my order and that it was sent to the other store (she could not care less) as I was going to call my wife to try to figure this out I saw a customer go up to a different employee at the counter and tell them there was a problem with his order his order had my smoothies shoved into the cubicle behind it so my smoothies that were ready sat there for over 5 minutes with no receipt hanging that said mine or my wifes names to indicate to us that our order was ready, again keeping in mind that your employees told me my order was sent to a different store. So after I saw the employee separate the order (but not hang a receipt in front of the order) I realized that's the amount of smoothies I ordered and looks like the right color of my order so I got up again to check and the label on the cups said my wifes name, the labels not visible until the other customers food was moved. So my smoothie sat there and got warm for 5 minutes when I mentioned to the same employee that I asked about my order that I said the name on the label and they were here she completely ignored, me was 100% rude . Instead of apologizing she was completely silent the only thing offered afterwards was a drink carrier not a thank-you not a you're welcome not a I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I understand the days can be stressful but when you specialize in customer service your customer service needs to be on point. And ignoring your customers when they bring up an issue is not customer service. Maybe don't put highschool kids at the register that couldn't care less about the custom.er experience. Wasting a cx's time is never acceptable.
