My man and I enjoyed the ambiente with taking off the fly, we sat outside and they drove all the time around eating. the drinks were good inexpensive. the service was average. eating was very average, forgettable and served hot not hot. the ladies' room needed clear cleaned, a stall was made of toilet paper, the only other stall was almost outside, there were also no paper towels. we visited on a Sunday afternoon at 14:00. this restaurant has so much potential, it is beautiful interieur, the outside area, but eating was disappointing.
The service was terrible. the food was mediocre. overpriced for what they get. I'll probably never go back. the atmosphere was beautiful. it wasn't my cup of tea.
My favourite item on the menu is the rc pasta, but it is quite fat, which is not the best thing in a pasta bowl. some of their other items are excellent, some are meh. Overall, I think it is somewhat overpriced for what the quality is. the venue is very tidy, very nice terrace!
If I could evaluate a 0, I would. my drink was rough and watered, my eating came wrong and it was cold. everything took forrrrewwver. our server was nice and tried to help the bartender so we could get drinks faster, but it took 30 minutes before we even had water.
TERRIBLE Customer Service I have tried to schedule a reservation for a week now. I wanted to reserve their larger their larger $75 room for a party of twenty-six people. I have talked to several different people and all seem to have no earthly idea how to pass a message along to the correct human being so that I could PAY THEM to reserve a room. The Rusty Crane management has zero competence whatsoever.
