My family was recommended Rubicon Restaurant while on vacation. Rubicon Restaurant is a true gem, especially for those who appreciate comfort food with a gourmet twist. One of the standout dishes is their loaded baked potato. It's not just a main dish here—it's an experience. Perfectly baked and smoked, the potato is generously topped with a mouthwatering combination of melted cheese, and meats of your choice (chicken and brisket was delicious). Highly recommend the food. I had pulled pork on my potatoe base and hubby had brisket. Both delicious and a lot of food. The best thing was the peach cobbler! It was the best that I've ever had and I've tried a lot of them. It was a late lunch and no one else was eating in the restaurant. Several people were taking to go. It also has a bar and I think is more active later.

As usual this place is awesome. Great food and atmosphere. Especially on Thursday. LIVE MUSIC!!!!

What a delight. Everything we ate was amazing, but personal highlights were the brisket and chicken. Adding broccoli was also a good decision. The brisket quesadilla was perfect as well. We all loved the bbq sauce as well. And the dessert! Such a hard call, we tried them all. Honestly this place was insanely delicious.
