The flavors were fantastic and the ingredients were fresh. The Hummus platter was especially good, you could tell it was made in-house. We also tried the Bison Burger with Bacon Jam, which was amazing. If you like Gorgonzola, I recommend asking for a side for dipping. The staff were all very friendly and the atmosphere was nice. The restroom had some fun character, although it could have been a bit cleaner. We were just passing through town, but would definitely come back if we were in the area again. Thanks to the Galvez family for a great meal!

While touring the area this weekend, I stumbled upon this gem while searching for vegan/vegetarian options nearby. I was impressed with the variety of choices available and appreciated that the restaurant sources their ingredients locally. My meat-loving husband was thrilled to try the bison burger, while I opted for the roasted vegetable salad. We also indulged in some blistered okra, although we were tempted by the charred cauliflower as well. The dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented with vibrant colors. The decor and atmosphere of the restaurant were equally charming. We sipped on a local brew and a delightful G&T made with organic botanical gin. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of the gin. The outdoor eating area was a cool feature, perfect for the summer months. We dined on a late Friday afternoon and were grateful that the kitchen was still serving. Overall, a fantastic experience that we thoroughly enjoyed.

The first visit was great, with delicious biscuits and gravy that I couldn't get enough of. Unfortunately, my second visit was a disappointment. For $13, I received a plate of greasy, crunchy potatoes, an egg, and what can hardly be called a biscuit. It seemed like I just bought a carton of potatoes and an egg. I've heard that this inconsistency is common here, so I think I'll pass on returning.

Everyone I?ve taken there has been impressed with their burgers. The tomato jam on the bisonburger is amazing. Highly recommend!

I usually just get the plant bas... read more Went today for my birthday Linner. I just love that all burgers and sandwiches, well most things on the menu can be made vegan. I usually just get the plant based burger, but today We tried more things. The jackfruit sandwich, mango quinoa, plantains,loads of waffle fries, and salad. Oh and I was treated to the mango dessert for my birthday. It was delicious, but I was toostuffed to eat it there. The Local Bison is a must if you have both carnivores and plant based eaters.
