Taco Bell - Tulsa

I was very disappointed with the customer service at this restaurant. I placed a mobile order but was asked to delete the order because they made a mistake with one of the items. Unfortunately, there was no option on the app to delete the order, and the staff was unable to do so either. As a result, I was unable to cancel the order, my card was already charged, and I did not receive any food. This experience was a letdown, especially considering that they are typically known for their good service.

The staff at this restaurant are unfriendly, extremely rude, and slow. The burrito I ordered was supposed to be a fleshy 5-layer burrito with various ingredients, but instead it was just a tortilla with fried beans and a piece of the wrapper inside.

I didn't get my sauce packets, but the tacos were delicious.

This Taco Bell is terrible. They consistently get the order wrong and the food tastes stale, like it's been sitting out for a long time. Even though I live only 2 minutes away, I am always disappointed with my experience here.

This restaurant always messes up your order by forgetting to include the sauce you requested and giving you the wrong items. They often fail to accommodate requests like no onions, so be cautious if you have any allergies. It's best to avoid ordering from this place if you have dietary restrictions.
