The staff members at this restaurant definitely understand the importance of teamwork.
I turned on the app to find out the restaurant's opening hours, and both Google and the app indicated that it should be open around 7 o'clock. However, when I arrived, I found that no one was there yet. This has happened multiple times and it is very frustrating.
The only reason this restaurant stays in business is because of the novelty of its food. I ordered a Chicago-style hot dog and it was served cold, with the texture of a dog chew toy. The fries were also cold, and I received a regular soda instead of a diet one, with too much ice. The staff seemed lazy, apathetic, and indifferent. The only thing they consistently provide to customers is disappointment and regret.
I was excited to order a shake that was advertised on their information board, only to find out that they no longer offer it. It's disappointing that they promote something that's not available.
