Description

Szechuan Express in Tulsa receives mixed reviews from customers. While some praise the friendly staff, wide variety of flavorful dishes, and reasonable prices, others express disappointment with the portion sizes, lack of flavor in some dishes, and recent changes in ownership affecting the taste of the food. Despite these criticisms, some loyal patrons appreciate the accommodating service and consistent quality of their favorite dishes such as the combination fried rice and orange chicken. Overall, Szechuan Express offers a diverse menu with some hits and misses, making it a decent option for Chinese fast food in the area.

Tried this place for the first time. Added a special request that I didn’t think could even be fulfilled, but they accommodated and it the fact that they did goes to show how fresh the food was! The shrimp lo mein and sweet and sour chicken was the best I’ve ever had. They were quick and friendly! Will definitely be coming back

Love this place! Always use the drive thru. Never any problems. Food is consistently good.

Best spicy orange chicken in town. Only problem is I just got served a tiny plate of food for over $15 that was supposed to be their Large. Bidenomics hitting everyone hard I guess. Sadly, I'll probably never be back. Im leaving a 5 star because I want to see this restaurant make it even if I can't any longer afford to support them financially.

I really love this place! It’s not a chain, and the food is fantastic with generous portions. The drive-through might take a little while, but I think that’s because they cook the food fresh to order. My personal favorites are the orange beef and lotus wontons; they are always crispy and delicious. You can definitely tell that the food isn’t pre-made. It’s absolutely worth the wait. Just a heads up: if you prefer white rice, be sure to ask for it, as the plates typically come with plain fried rice. As for parking, the lot is small, but there’s usually a spot available.
