My wife and I ate lunch here today and it was super good. I am a ramen fan and have had many pork belly ramen bowls. I can honestly say this was one of my best pork belly experiences so far. The fresh spring rolls are really good too. We were very impressed, plus the staff was friendly and helpful. View all feedback.
What Reymundo Schowalter doesn't like about Roppongi:
we visit the family in Tulsa, and I was excited to see a vegan option for ramen! we really believed it, and have some vegan rams, early rolls and gyoza to go. overall it was a rather disappointing experience. the gyoza was good (but quite fat.) the early rolls were blanching (no crumbling or textur differences in them) and the peanut sauce was just as good as many others I had. the rams were the greatest disappointme... We visit the family in tulsa, and I was excited to see a vegan option for ramen! we really believed it, and have some vegan rams, early rolls and gyoza to go. overall it was a rather disappointing experience. the gyoza was good (but quite fat.) the early rolls were blanching (no crumbling or textur differences in them) and the peanut sauce was just as good as many others I had. the rams were the greatest disappointment. the broth was really shameful and very bland. my sister got ingwer added to her (which is usually plucked in ramen shops) and we thought they had to forget. that was until I found a customs hat of rohem ingwer in mine. I don't think it's coming back.
3.5 I tried the vegan ramen with GF noodles and it was pretty good. If they're in town and they want to get some predatory, that's their stop. fun.

I absolutely love this place. I had never heard of it before but I was doing some work on their restaurant about a year ago to install a door. I had gotten there early and started working. I noticed a heavenly smell coming from the kitchen which was very tidy and clean and I started getting hungry. I asked what they were making and it was the pork belly. They told me it was one of their more popular meats. I was told it was great in the pork belly ramen. I was a little shocked at how long they had to slowly cook it between the grilling and braising while taking great care to get it to that perfect point without over cooking it. So when i finally finished I was starving. I ordered the pork belly ramen and the shrimp street noodles with an unsweetened black coconut tea. I obviously over ordered so I could try two things and I couldn’t finish it all. Everything was fantastic. I have been back at least 30 times since and every time I have been treated very well and the food has always been great. I see some not so great reviews but I have never had a complaint. A couple of times it was warm inside due to ac problems but it didn’t change the food. And shoutout to the employees that continued to work in that hot box while still providing me excellent service and great food. I just ate here today and it was awesome as usual. The ac was working well and all who were dining seemed to be enjoying themselves. I live 45 minutes away and am only able to eat here when I’m working reasonably close. I have tried several of the dishes here at at least 10 other establishments around tulsa, owasso, and broken arrow that sell similar Japanese style foods and I have been disappointed at all of them. On top of that, Roppongi has the better prices as well. I didn’t even know about half price ramen Thursday’s. $11 for delicious pork belly ramen is outstanding any day of the week. I ate at a place yesterday that charged me $19 for their ramen and it was terrible. I had to visit Roppongi today to make it right. Kudos to all you do. As long as this place is in business I will eat there. Thank you.
5 stars! My life is better knowing you all do 1/2 priced ramen Thursday’s! I look forward to it every week. Quality is consistent. Not a fan of the boba but the ramen is great! Looking forward to many more Thursday’s Update: treated terribly by an employee, it made the people in front of us leave. The employee was rude whenever they asked what the menu options were and gave attitude to us when picking up a togo order. It shouldn’t matter how long someone works at an establishment, if they treat your customers like trash, they should be fired.
