The food was delicious and arrived quickly! Our waiter was incredibly friendly and assisted us with our menu inquiries since it was our first visit. Highly recommended! It was a wonderful experience!

I ordered the new Brisketburger. You mentioned it contains 2 ounces of brisket, but it’s evident that it's not. Disappointing experience.

They arrived at a mostly empty restaurant and attempted to sit at the bar, which has a high seating area, with children in the over-21 section. As I am on crutches, I was unable to access the high chairs. We were told that the only table available was in the bar area, despite there being at least 10-15 open tables outside that area. We had to leave because I couldn't use the elevated seating at the bar. This is absolutely absurd! We won’t be returning.

This is by far one of my favorite chair restaurants to visit for a delicious burger! I hope they'll never get rid of the Mad Love Burger! Maybe it's chaotic, but it's delicious! Our visit was pleasant and our server staff were excellent. We had refills before we could ask them. We had many endless pommes. We were a little disappointed that some of us couldn't get the burger we wanted because they were from eggs!

Great food great service lots of fries I filled my drink up like four times without even a problem love this place. Returned 6 months later. Service was horrible. WATER to take our order 20 minutes after we sat down. The girl taking orders has her pants pulled just enough to see a nasty whitish thong above her pant line. Not good. Lost 2 stars! Fries were good. Burger is smaller and meat is thinner. Not that good tasting meat. Not worth 13 bucks! Carl's Jr has this beat on taste now??!! Lost one more star
