However, this location is constantly out of Soy sauce which is like an Ice cream shop being out of Chocolate syrup for Sundaes. I can go to any store currently and find Soy sauce. If there’s a Nation-wide shortage on Soy sauce packets, have each location go to the store or their food distributor and get bottles of Soy sauce for the customers to use until Soy sauce packets become available. I would have given a 1 star review has it not been for the good things previously mentioned.

I stopped... read more I always try to come here with my daughter to eat but they are almost always out of seasame chicken which you would think is their most popular item. I stopped by this location today for lunch and the lobby doors were locked at 11:00am but their hours on door say they open at 10:30am. There was no sign saying lobby was closed and there were several people outside the door and the employees just stared at everyone with a blank look in their eyes.TLDR: Always out of something, never stocked, never know if lobby is open or not...flip a coin, portions are never uniform or even close.

The manager then tried to short me on my refund my $3 dollars giving me cash instead of a credit to my card, 10 minutes wastedout of my day. I won?t be back to this location, it?s the only one that has these issues.
