Papa a la Huancaina, Lomo Saltado, Caucau de Pollo were the choices from the menu on 2/16. All were freshly prepared, hot and very tasty brought to the table in no time at all.. There was a very good jalapeno based hot sauce served too, not to hot but very tasty. The service was great, prices were with in reason based on the taste and freshness of the food. This place is AMAZING! You must go here and experience 'Chifa '. It 's a Peruvian-Asian fusion. Absolutely hands down best stuff I 've put in my belly in a long time.
Excellent service and exquisite food. To start of the ceviche is authentic, the causa is delicious and the tallarín verde with the golden fried fish is on another level. Qudos to the chef ! 5 stars -the Berniers.
Having eaten here on numerous occasions, I can say that the food is always fresh and prepared very well. The atmosphere is casual and the service always fast and friendly. The salida lomo is an exellent choice, a traditional Peruvian dish served hot with a green sauce on the side that is spicy, careful with that if you aren't used to it but it's delicious!
Tried this place out today randomly, best decision of my day! Awesome food that was totally new to me and the staff was super nice! 10/10 for sure.
I've been here multiple times and have tried many dishes. It's doesn't get more authentic than this. Amazing food and flavors! My absolute favorite place to eat in Tulsa!!
