We had a great time here! We came for an Andy Grammer concert and then got to end the night in the casino. Fun atmosphere. We also got to take a dip in the pool, loved that it was open until midnight and had a spa/hot tub. We also went to the pizza restaurant on site and it was delicious. What Brittany Campbell doesn't like about Osage Casino Tulsa:
Service was hard to get. There was a sign saying to go orders here and no one manning the station. After waiting a host finally said you're supposed to order at the bar, but there was no way to know that. Other people had the same issue. Bar service was friendly. Food was great.Food drinks: Great food. Hard to know where to give to ho orders since there's a sign on am empty stand that was not actually where to order.... View all feedback.
The hotel staff were very rude. Our first time being there and the check in person treated us poorly and did not give us any direction or information on what to do. The Thunder restaurant inside the casino was good but the staff were unprofessional to say the least. They talked in groups constantly and rushed us out. They weren’t busy at all by the way. It made us feel unvalued. The waitress asked us if we knew what we wanted to eat and drink the second we sat down. Ten minutes into eating she brought us our check and said she tabbed us out and if we want anything else to let us know so she can change the ticket. To top this experience off, I went to get an iron to iron my shirts and out came a USED TAMPON! Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Goes to show that these employees’ customer service, work ethic, attention to detail, and concern for their customers is a disgrace. I emailed the hotel manager Sarah Witt about the incident and she never emailed me back. Nothing but empty promises and lack of care for paying customers.

We had the hot honey pepperoni pizza and it was incredible. Ordered Pepsi and a chocolate mousse cake for dessert. All great options.
We took our Son and Daughter-in-law back home to Tulsa, Oklahoma and while we were there we went and gambled for a while and had so much fun as a Family. The atmosphere was nice and clean. They also had a nice pool for those staying in their Hotel. We just walked out and took a look. I most definitely plan on going back and staying at the Hotel.
Everything was neat and clean. We ate at the bar and grill there at the hotel and it was excellent. It felt open and airy, not cramped and crowded. We saw Andy Grammer while there and the concert was amazing. We'll be back.Food drinks: Several places to eat on site
