I attempted to place a delivery order and requested a thick crust, but they couldn't accommodate either request at 6:00 PM on a Sunday. Seriously? I had to settle for the only crust available, which tasted just like frozen pizza. The sauce had little to no flavor, and the sparse toppings were merely average when I could actually find them. I had heard such great things about this place, but it did not live up to the hype at all! When I went to pick up my order, it wasn't even ready on time because they couldn't deliver just two miles away. To top it off, there were no blinds on the windows, so everyone could see right in. Overall, it was a total waste of money.

Without a doubt, this is my favorite pizza spot. I’ve tried pizza in D.C., New York, Italy (both Rome and Naples), California, and plenty of other locations. The crust strikes the perfect balance—not too soft, not too crunchy, and just the right amount of seasoning. It’s also flexible enough to fold, just like New Yorkers prefer when they eat a slice. The toppings are fresh and generously applied. My only complaint is that I’m a fan of Margherita pizza, and their version is called a white pizza, which is the closest I can get. The garlic knots are simply heavenly, especially when dipped in extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and rosemary. Their pizza twists are also fantastic for anyone looking to lighten up on cheese (perfect for those who are lactose intolerant). The desserts are tasty, and you can buy slices if you don’t want an entire pizza. Personally, I think the best value is the extra-large pizza. Always go for the extra large—you won’t regret having that extra slice!
