Mcdonald's - Tulsa

They were fairly fast, and polite, considering they have two lanes at the drive through, and they get really full, during breakfast, lunch and evenings- even up to late at night, they stay busy; if you go after their ' rush ' times, it 's better. If they are extremely busy, make sure you check and see if they got the order right! And, I got a pancake breakfast, that had stale pancakes, on one occasion. Otherwise, they usually do a good job.

Ordered my breakfast through Uber got the wrong sandwich, called to complain and instead of the usual ~it's not our fault it's Ubers fault~ the morning lady acknowledged that they made a mistake and replaced my sandwich quickly. Everybody makes mistakes but it's nice to see someone owning that and I very much appreciated it!

Orange juice was 1 part ABI. 99 parts of water. Over a week of time from Hin and Her with customer service via email and the app. They just closed the case after they had received all the information they requested. Horrible Customer Service Support. As the addage goes, you get what you pay, and McDonald's is cheap, so...

Just one, because I have to. 2. Once there and they ask me to move forward. Wait 8 min. The first time and 11 min this time for 1 latte. Late for work. Had gone, but already paid.

I just came home from this McDonald. Ordering the package (4 Burger/20 Nuggets/Korb der Fritten). Just enough order. Never in my 40 years as McDonald's customer I've ever come home with my order to find my burgers had no meat... just rolls, cheese and pimples. No burger meat on one of the 4 burgers. And it's not like they're busy. A car in front of us and we were still thrown to reserve #2 where we had to wait for an order that gave us 4 hamburgers without hamburger meat. I'm not going back there. But I'm not going back to this place either.
