The restaurant had a clean environment and quick table service. The staff was attentive, promptly clearing tables and keeping the floors tidy.
I placed a curbside order at 1 PM, and it was expected to be ready by 1:20. I waited in my car for over 20 minutes in the designated spot, but no one brought my order out. Finally, at 1:45, I went inside and discovered that my order had been sitting on the counter the whole time—I guess they just forgot about it and no one bothered to check. The customer service here has really declined.
Never do a catering order through them most of the time a doordash person will pick it up. They will take the tip that was suppose to go to the delivery driver. In my opinion they are all
First time ordering. Done through Uber Eats. Two separate receipts showing that I asked for NO HONEY MUSTARD...Delivered with honey mustard...
Terrible service. I order from this location frequently. I ordered delivery as I work and could not leave. The wrong food was delivered. Whole order was wrong. All that was offered was a refund. Apparently could not send the correct order. Said I'd have to come pick it up. I explained I'm working which is why I selected delivery and not pick it up. Manager could not offer anything besides a refund which will take a few days to even get back. First time selecting delivery, definitely will not again. I feel since it's there error they should have a better solution than just a refund
