The tostones make a great pairing with the empanadas, especially when paired with a bit of hot sauce, and the fried sweet plantains offer a delightful sweet and savory experience. Enjoy your meal!

We ate at the Masa food truck on a recent Saturday at Bleu Garten in OKC.  We took advantage of the deal where you get 6 empanadas for $12.  We ordered two TCB... read more We ate at the Masa food truck on a recent Saturday at Bleu Garten in OKC.  We took advantage of the deal where you get 6 empanadas for $12.  We ordered two TCB empanadas, two pabellon empanadas, and two sunrise empanadas.  My favorite was the TCB empanada, although at first I thought it was the sunrise empanada because the chicken inside looked like sausage or scrambled eggs instead of chicken.  We both liked how brightly colored the empanadas are.  Although they are fried, they are not too heavy.  Given another chance, I think we would try the veggie empanadas.

They bacon bombs were kind of over priced, but still tasty. I would like to go back and try their full menu.
