Place was disgusting, floor looked like it hadn 't been swept or mopped in weeks, literally. Tables dirty, seats dirty and I don 't need to mention bathrooms. There was about 6 or7 staff members there, not a sole in the lobby and still looked the way it did. Never will go back again.

When I checked my order, I realized they didn’t include the two sides in the box; only the three pieces... read more I ordered a 3-piece big box along with a side of fries. When I checked my order, I realized they didn’t include the two sides in the box; only the three pieces of chicken were there. The chicken pieces were the smallest I’ve ever seen. Additionally, the French fries were cold, and the large portion was only half full. To make matters worse, the doors to the dining area were locked, even though they claimed to be open. I will definitely not be returning!

On July 25, 2016, at... read more This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I've decided I won't be back. I haven't even tried my food yet. The cashier was unfriendly. On July 25, 2016, at 6:58 PM, I felt cheated. She asked if I wanted a refill, which I declined, but I wish I had accepted it. I ordered a large lemonade but received a medium instead. So in the end, I ended up getting both sizes. Update: On July 13, 2022, the cashier was much friendlier. However, the lobby and entrance were disgusting. The floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in a week or two, and there was trash everywhere. One of the staff members used profanity, and a customer had been waiting for assistance for a long time, only to be ignored. One of the workers burned her finger and laughed about it—hopefully, she’s okay. The customer eventually left. The kitchen was also a mess with litter all over. On a positive note, the food was excellent—hot and delicious!
