Me and the wife had a nice dinner here after a mall trip. The customer service was really good and they always checked and made sure we were alright! Well we were the only one in there for a time lol but I would recommend I had no issues with the food and the service was great! View all feedback.

I have not been to a Jack in the Box in probably 20 years.
First off I have never written a review regarding customer service because I've never had an issue.
Terrible! it doesn't play any roles, what it is here (burger or chicken sandwich) it will taste exactly the same, not only bad, but as it is the same product. I also don't like their sign of great offers, but they are one of the most expensive almost food variety. drive a little further to whataburger.
I'm impressed. I have never been inside; I just used the drive-thru. the workers are always cheerful and professional - more than they expect in a fast food place. I had her burger, oreo shake and a few chicken sandwiches. it was all good so far! I am happy to have a new place for burger, and it is also close to my house. the only problem I have with them so far is their beautiful, new, professionally made sign mispells eating the word it actually says dinning since I don't enjoy eating in loud places, I never went to the dinning room
