What User doesn't like about Ihop:
Our experience at this restaurant was the worst we've had in a long time. The waitress appeared to be completely clueless. We had to repeatedly request drink refills, and when my husband's potatoes arrived, they were topped with a plastic bag. When we pointed this out to the waitress, she simply said "oh sorry," removed the bag, and walked away. I found the whole situation quite unacceptable. We don’t intend to retur... View all feedback.

Sunday afternoon at 2 pm. Restaurant is at 1/3 capacity and still takes 5 minutes to be seated. The hostess at front area is eating food in front of customers that are waiting to be seated. After being seated it takes 5 more minutes to simply get a waitress to come take our order. Again, the restaurant is at 1/3 capacity. Great service once the waitress arrived. Waitress was extraordinarily friendly and very professional. Food was great.
You were short staff..but our server/waiter was pretty good?? big customer service! Food: 3/5
Waited 20 mins at curbside and called multiple times with no response. Went inside and found the host/waitress in the back on her phone.. Wit our food sitting next to her getting cold. On top of all that, she ain’t give us our drinks or pancakes. The food is pretty good, but it ain’t worth having to deal wit the terrible customer service. Tighten up
This afternoon, on my drive home from church, I decided to stop by IHOP for an early dinner. We opted for breakfast and ordered the "two of everything" special: two eggs, two pancakes, two sausages, and hash browns. Our server, Michael, was incredibly sweet, polite, attentive, and had a fantastic sense of humor. I requested my hash browns to be crispy, along with ketchup and hot sauce for my eggs. To my delight, Michael brought everything out before our main order. It was perfect!
