For Father’s Day, my wife placed an onlin... read more Five Guys is one of my favorite places, but since it’s 25 minutes away, I don’t get to eat there as often as I’d like. For Father’s Day, my wife placed an online order for burgers for me, her, and our daughter. She picked up three bags without any issues. However, when we got home, we realized that two of the burgers were missing. We called them, and they said we could come back to pick them up, but since it’s an hour round trip, we declined. The manager offered to make those burgers for us on a future visit, but I requested a refund instead. I was told only the District Manager could process refunds. After two weeks with no refund, I called again and was told the same thing and that they would email the District Manager again. Now, almost a month later, I haven’t heard anything and still have no refund. The District Manager should be ashamed if this is how he handles customer service for the stores he oversees. We ordered from the Five Guys at 9635 Riverside Pkwy in Tulsa, OK.

The fries come in huge portions—what they call a small is equivalent to an extra-large at most other fast food places. The restaurant is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Their lettuce wrap is a fantastic gluten-free alternative.

The flavor of the meat reminds me of how In-N-Out used to taste. Don't stick with just the regular fries—try the Cajun seasoning; your taste buds will appreciate it. This location is just like the others, leaving you feeling full and satisfied. I highly recommend this as my go-to fast-food burger place.

The food was bland, the Fr... read more I’ve been in Tulsa for about two weeks, and I was craving a delicious, juicy burger, so I decided to try Five Guys. It was a mistake! The food was bland, the French fries were old and cold, and the shake was watery. I spent $25 on just a burger, fries, and a shake for one person. I won’t be returning and will stick to What A Burger until I get back home!
