What Ash D doesn't like about Einstein Bros. Bagels:
Order delivery using Door Dash. Food was delivered. Order was correct. Bag wide opened. Orange juice taped down only on 1 side. Muffin bag wide open, hash brown bag wide open inside the wide opened food bag. Zero assurance that my food has not been tampered with. A folded closed bag would have given some sort of assurance. I’ve been multiple weeks in a row trying new things out and the bagels are either stale or burnt. i’m not sure why it’s so hard for y’all to get fresh bagels when it’s kind of the only thing you sell. i’m not talking to the employees i’m talking to whoever orders for this store/manages

This has to be the worst representation of a product I’ve ever received. I ordered a Texas Brisket Egg sandwich. I kind of hope Texas files a lawsuit for using their name on such pitiful sandwich. See photos. The sandwich was half the size and the meat was grey. Didn’t even come close to what I hoped to receive.
I love their garden avocado egg sandwich on an everything bagel! There are LOTS of different bagels to choose from, variety of drinks available (juices, coffee, etc). There is a drive-thru available and you can use their app to order and accumulate rewards.
A comfortable place to enjoy a breakfast bagel sandwich or with a spread, with great coffee. Clean and friendly service!
