The customer service is really lacking. The ladies at the south location were lovely. The Utica location could learn some things from the others.I was a loyal south customer, I doubt I will be back to the Utica location after 4-5 poor experiences no response from supervisors. View all feedback.

Love the sexy yowza with cold brew! guacamole is delicious. And the chili! My only complaint is that they closed the south location.
Got an acai bowl it barely had any actual acai in it mainly oats for the 11 dollars i spent i should’ve just made the drive to jamba
Nice staff, bright fun space. Acai bowl had good flavor, fresh fruit and stellar granola, but it was very watery. Not nearly thick enough so the texture was off.
Pretty good and a healthy option instead of fast food
