Has to be one of the top coffee shops I've been too! The building itself is eye catching and unique. Once you enter you see the nice open barn style interior. Plenty of seating inside or outside. What Ryan F doesn't like about Double Shot:
Want decaf? -not here Matcha? -not here Pastries with any moisture? -not here Want less milk in your giant iced latte so it's not so diluted? -absolutely not Want space to work on your laptop-here Since this place was nearly just a roastery 10 years ago at their other location they have been known for an unfounded snobbery. It's good to know they are consistent. I am a former 3rd wave/Bcorp coffee world professional... View all feedback.
This has to be one of the best coffee shops I've ever visited! The building is visually striking and one-of-a-kind. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a spacious barn-style interior, with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. To check out the menu, you simply scan a QR code, which was no hassle at all. I ordered a Cortado, but they didn't have it, so the barista quickly recommended a cappuccino, which I absolutely loved. I also had a fantastic chat with friends, who were equally pleased with their coffee choices. If you find yourself in the Tulsa area, I highly recommend Double Shot Coffee—you won't be disappointed!
This establishment used to be just a roastery at a different location ten years ago, and they’ve built a reputation for unearned snobbery ever since. At least they’re consistent, I suppose. As a former professional in the 3rd wave coffee and B Corp industry with a solid background in coffee and customer service, I feel justified in my criticism. Why run a business if you're not committed to being the best you can be?
This is definitely one of my favorite spots in Tulsa! The layout is fantastic, offering a variety of seating options including a desk, tables and chairs, an old couch, a leather seat, and both indoor and outdoor areas. There's truly something for everyone, so you can easily find the perfect spot to relax. The staff were all friendly and helpful as well. I only tried a cold black coffee on my first visit, but I’m definitely coming back to sample some of their delicious-looking desserts next time.
If you're in search of an excellent cup of espresso, iced latte, or Americano, Double Shot is the place to be. From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere and friendly service radiate their passion for coffee. In the back, you'll find a roasting room, and all the pastries are baked fresh on-site. I enjoyed the toast; however, I think a bit of jam would enhance the sweetness and balance the saltiness. We also tried the orange cranberry English muffin sandwich and a lemon scone, and neither disappointed. There’s even a sunlit area filled with espresso machines, grinders, and a variety of merchandise. They offer whole loaves of bread and packets of English muffins for sale. I highly recommend stopping by, especially since they have matcha lattes as well. This café truly emphasizes the freshness of brewed coffee paired with homemade pastries. Plus, there’s plenty of space if you need to work.
Double Shot is an excellent spot for studying or relaxing! They have both outdoor and indoor seating, including an upstairs area. I ordered a slice of pumpkin bread, which was a generous portion, and a larger latte. The pumpkin bread was delightful and the coffee was good as well. Overall, I had a great experience here. My only complaint is that it was quite difficult to find the online menu before my visit. Even upon arriving, there was no menu visible, except for the one right at the counter when you’re about to order. I noticed a sign about the online ordering option, but it would be really helpful if the link to the menu were more easily accessible online, so I could browse it before coming in.
