The downtown location is extremely quick and precise with both preparation and delivery, which is usually quite reliable. I rarely wait more than 45 minutes from placing my order to receiving my empty boxes!

I ordered the special of two or more pizzas for $6.99 each, specifically asking for a thin crust pineapple and ham pizza. Instead, I received a hand-tossed version. To make matters worse, I was charged $16.99 for each medium pizza instead of the advertised $6.99. When I called the restaurant to address this issue, the person who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful, refusing to assist me.
