Domino's Pizza - Tulsa
Domino's Pizza
Description
Domino's has long been a staple in the pizza industry, yet opinions on its recent offerings vary widely. While some patrons praise the downtown location for its quick service and accurate orders—highlighting their favorite handmade pan veggie pizza—others express disappointment with food quality and customer service. Issues, such as poorly made pizzas lacking sauce or proper toppings, marred experiences, prompting refunds and frustration. Although convenient online ordering enhances the process, inconsistent food quality and a few snippy customer interactions leave a significant number of diners questioning whether they'd return. Ultimately, dining at Domino's remains an uneven experience.

I really love ordering Dominos from here because they prepare pizzas the fastest! I had gone my order a few times wrong, but the owner honestly makes a great task to make it right
I had a disappointing experience with my recent pizza order. I ordered the special of two or more pizzas for $6.99 each, specifically asking for a thin crust pineapple and ham pizza. Instead, I received a hand-tossed version. To make matters worse, I was charged $16.99 for each medium pizza instead of the advertised $6.99. When I called the restaurant to address this issue, the person who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful, refusing to assist me.
