We stood at the front of the line that kept growing as we just waited for someone, anyone to greet us. Not one person even said hi. So we, and a few others just walked out. One girl was running around working like crazy filling orders.

First time.. really good treat.. staff happy and nice

I don’t come to this one often but whenever I do the employees aren’t really as welcoming as the other ones I’ve gone to. Their wait time is ridiculous. I waited 30 minutes for TWO cookies the other day. I called the store and the employee Neveah basically told me “we can’t do anything about that. We have a line”. I said “I was here before the line even formed and I STILL got my stuff last AFTER the line had cleared”. I checked in at 7:25. I stood in the store until 7:52. Once I noticed others customers who came after me was getting their orders first I politely told an employee that I had been waiting 15 minutes at this point and he goes “your order just popped up” then proceeded to make me wait another 15 minutes. The next day I attempted to call the manager and spoke with another employee DeMari or Demetrius who would “relay the message” but still never got a call back and nothing was done to make the moment right. I wouldn’t recommend this location as a first choice. The employees are all young and just by their customer service approach, really careless. I work in customer service so it’s just sad to see how poor the industry has gotten. :

I love this location the cookies always come out so warm ! And perfect timing I’m never r waiting long

My only complaints are that I didn't get my syrup with my waffle cookie and when I went in to get it it was just sat on the counter with no apology
