I think we're going back to see what happened to a shenanigan. the only good thing about this restaurant is to load how sad. every time we go, we are supported by several servers that apparently do not communicate at all. from asking for strohsilber several times, waiting for our food, our accusations wrong, server know nothing about eating and not in the position to answer basic questions. I thin... read more I have been to this Cracker Barrel several times with my grandparents. Every time, it is an absolute disaster. We have even turned it into a family joke. I think we go back just to see what kind of shenanigans will happen. The only good thing about this restaurant is the store, how sad. Every time we go, we are "helped" by multiple servers who apparently don't communicate at all. From having to ask for straws/silverware multiple times, waiting forever for our food, our orders being incorrect, servers knowing nothing about the food and being unable to answer basic questions... I could go on. The servers have had to come back to our table multiple times to "clarify" our orders, which were very basic, and we were still not brought the correct orders. Many times side items have been left off and we have to ask for them again. Servers wandering around with food from table to table trying to find the correct one has been a frequent sight. I would say the problem is that this place is poorly managed. When you actually get the food you ordered, it's "okay," nothing to write home about but not disgusting either. We usually end up getting part of the bill taken off to make up for whatever wackadoodle experiences we had. Don't come here for the food or service, but if you have a weird sense of humor and are looking for comedic relief, this may be your place.
