Reviews - Chuy's
Reviews summary
Chuy's restaurant is known for its creamy jalapeno dip and fresh salsa, as well as friendly service. Customers praise the cheese enchiladas, chimichangas, and attentive waitstaff. However, some long-time patrons have expressed disappointment over changes to the menu, particularly regarding the vegetable enchiladas and the way tortillas are now served. Despite mixed reviews on specific menu items, Chuy's remains a popular spot for Mexican food with a loyal customer base.

Chuy's was so good. I love their cheese dip! I had the Elvis Presley meal, 3 enchiladas, (1 beef, 1 chicken, one cheese) fried tortilla w/ cheese sauce, taco, beans and rice.... and a cheese dip of course. My wife had comida deluxe. The enchiladas were amazing! Cheese dip always amazing. Server was friendly and restaurant was clean. They have a unique decor, very fun. I highly recommend and will certainly return. What Cloyd Harvey dislikes about Chuy's:
Chips and creamy jalapeno dip are very good. They used to have very good vegetable enchiladas so they were back. Unfortunately, they are very different and not good at all. Disappoint! Husband liked his Burrito. Food: 3/5 View all feedback.

Loved the Chuychanga! Smelled fabulous and tasted wonderful. The Elvis Presley combo looked yummy too. Best of all great service.
Our family ate dinner here last night and it was great! We started with their signature creamy jalapeno dip and chips, and man was it good! I got the steak burrito and it was amazing! The steak inside was cooked perfectly and was extremely tender. My wife got a combo meal that came with a little of everything. She will still be eating lunch off of it all week long because of how much food there was! Our son got the kids burrito and it was the size of an adult burrito. You get plenty of food for your money here and prices are pretty cheap in general compared to other Mexican food places in town.
I've grown up eating at this Chuy's ever since it opened. I have fond memories eating dinner with my family and friends. And even though I always order something simple, the food is delicious everytime. Every order, though, I always complemented with a side of warm flour tortillas. They were so soft and pillowy. The perfect tortilla. Nothing compared. Until recently, when they switched how they serve their tortillas. They are no longer made fresh. I'm crushed. What once was something I longed for, something I couldn't go more than a week without, is now something I only reluctantly bite into. I don't know if I can live under these conditions much longer. Everything else is amazing tho
The food was really good. Margaritas are a little different than other places. The salsa was delicious

I drive from okmulgee usually at least once a week! Creamy jalapeno is to die for have never had a bad experience with service, always GREAT as well as the food!
To start off with, the salsa is second to none. Fresh and delicious! Also tried the jalapeño sauce, which I was told you have to ask for, and it was also great! I had the plate with a chalupa, a taco and an enchilada with rice and beans. Very yummy as well! The service was also outstanding! I went with my wife, who tried the blood orange margarita, and my little girl. We didn’t do any dessert as we were too full from the meal and chips. And all of that for three people came to $48 after tax! Not too shabby! We will definitely go back again! On a side note, the salsa is a bit spicy but not too hot. Just the right amount I would say.
This was my first time there and had a wonderful experience. Our waiter was spot on. He even took the time to tell us the history of Elvis tributes to Chuy's. the food was even better and the tortillas are to die for! I will most definitely be back. Thanks Grant, for an awesome experience!
Justina provided top notch service she was very helpful. The manager came over and talked to us. The food was excellent I would highly recommend this location.

Very large part of food. Was hot and delicious. Waiter/ bartender was excellent. Our seat was next to a window that needs some attention with dust build-up. All right back. Food: 5/5
They are usually moderate to hard busy, so it is not really their fault, it is understandable. But if I go and it's not very busy and my food is overcooked, then I'm a little disappointed. Most time drinks are good and food is usually good. They have a number of decorations and things so the atmosphere is fun. Food: 4/5
First visit here for me, but my husband was here before. The Queen and Salsas were so good. I can't remember exactly what I ordered, but no complaints! It was good. Good service and good food. Will return the next time I eat Mexican on the other Mexican place on the street. This place is better.
