We recently visited this Burger King because it was conveniently located right next to the Microtel Inn Suites where we stayed overnight. Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t have a decent breakfast option, so we opted for Burger King instead. The lobby was closed, but the drive-thru was open. The two employees we encountered were friendly and efficient. However, when we returned to our hotel room with our breakfast, we were disappointed to find that the food was not fresh. The breakfast croissants were barely warm and lacked flavor, and the hash browns, or whatever they are called, were actually cold. The only item we enjoyed was our Diet Coke. Overall, it was a big disappointment.
Drive-thru experience: My order was incorrect, but it was easily resolved while I was in the car. However, this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Food quality: 4 out of 5.

I went through the drive-thru and it was a bit slow, but I received exactly what I ordered. The employee was nice and friendly, and the food was fresh—not stale at all. The sweet tea was also fresh. The Sprite was just okay; it didn't have a very crisp taste. Overall, though, I was pleased with both the service and the food. They just need a bit more help, which seems to be a common issue at many food establishments.
