Braum's Ice Cream Dairy - Tulsa

Located on Route 66, the Blue Whale in Catoosa is a true icon of the highway. After being taken over by the city, it has been beautifully restored with a new trex deck that makes it shine. My friend and I visited in 2006 during our motorcycle ride along Route 66 and recently returned with my grandsons, ages 8 and 3, who had a blast climbing all over it. The Blue Whale is just a short distance off of old Route 66 and is a must-see attraction. You can learn about its history and original purpose online. It's a unique and unforgettable experience that you won't find anywhere else. Be sure to stop by and visit for as long as you'd like - it's wide open for visitors.

This is, without a doubt, the best Braums restaurant we have visited in Tulsa. Although the Braums on Admiral is closer to our house, we will not be returning there now that we have discovered this one. The employees at this location are much friendlier, the establishment is exceptionally clean, and the customer service is top-notch. The employees were absolutely fantastic, and even my kids noted that they are much nicer than those at other Braums locations. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful experience!

The food at this restaurant is all delicious, whether hot or cold. The selection of ice creams is especially impressive. I am a big fan of Braum's. However, during our visit today, my son waited for over 15 minutes without being helped, so we ended up leaving feeling very disappointed.

I absolutely love the ice cream at this place! It's absolutely phenomenal. The only issue is that I can only give it 5 stars, when I would rate it a perfect 10! Whenever I spot a Braum's, I have to stop in for their delicious ice cream. It's the best I've ever had! The selection of flavors in their freezers is amazing, and I always want to try more. Braum's is my favorite!

The milk and ice cream are excellent value for the money. However, the food is average - not exceptional, but not bad either.
