Was Lolly at Basque a mag?
We had a fantastic first experience at Basque. Our server and bartender, Sumner, was exceptional and provided excellent recommendations that we really appreciated. My favorite dish of the evening was likely the beet carpaccio, while my husband particularly enjoyed the squid ink arancini. This is definitely a place to celebrate special occasions, and we can't wait to find another reason to dine at this unique restaura... View all feedback.
What JohnS dislikes about Basque:
Was looking for a new place for date night. Previous reviews of Basque made it a strong possibility. However, maybe our food selection was poor but we were only satisfied with one of three selections. View all feedback.

We are long time fans of amelia restaurants and have written severs reviews, but this was our first experience that took part in their weekend brunch in basque. as if there was a question. but seeing her as she took the breakfast was the lovely part of this meal. there are some of the normal items on the menu, but we especially loved the “Basque eggs”.... a few eggs sit on an aubergine, tomato and sink “gravy” and baked for perfection. we also tried the soft touch with mushrooms. both came with a small beside salad and crispy house roasted carrots. combine all this with a few **** marys and mumosas. oh and how could I forget the churros for “dessert” and they have a fantastic experience. I think this offer is so not procrastinat for a limited time, make it the reservation and get it there.
Ideal for a romantic dinner or if you are looking for another experience. top notch!
Basque offers a unique fine dining experience in Tulsa, celebrated for its superb service, romantic ambiance, and an extensive menu featuring exquisite small plates. While some guests found the portions modest, the high-quality ingredients and delicious dishes, such as the pumpkin croquettes and pork belly, left many patrons in delight. The atmosphere strikes a balance of intimacy and liveliness, though a few noted that music could be a tad intrusive. Overall, Basque is highly recommended for couples and food enthusiasts seeking an affordable yet upscale culinary adventure, making it a must-visit destination in the city.

Tripp was fantastic! He provided just the right balance of service with also letting us enjoy the evening talking. He was friendly and helpful. The food quality was amazing! We have traveled to Spain two times and enjoyed food there immensely. Finding out about Basque got us excited. It did not disappoint! This was the closest we have been able to come to the quality and taste since traveling there. The other wait staff were incredibly helpful, making service impeccable. The management was very helpful with a special request. And they even made a special moment for us with dessert after learning that we were celebrating birthdays. Not the loud obnoxious kind we find in some places, but special and thoughtful. We will be back and definitely will be recommending to others The management was very helpful with a special request. The food was, as always, delicious. However, this time the dining experience felt a bit rushed, with the dishes arriving one after another rather than at a more leisurely pace like usual. I would definitely recommend the sea scallops and lamb kebabs!

We were genuinely impressed by several of the dishes here. The seafood options we had were all excellent. We never had tapas before, and our server graciously walked us through the menu and how people commonly order them. This may become our go-to place for special occasions.
Food was great here overall. Highly recommend the squash hushpuppies as they are amazing. Scallops were also a favorite along with the fried squash. Not a fan of the flank steak but there is so much to try that I would go back for sure. Also like the Gin Tonic cocktails. Reminds me of Ireland.
The whole staff worked together to make our experience memorable. I would like to recognize our server Jenn who went above and beyond! the every small plate and dessert we ordered tasted amazing and was beautifully presented
We dined here for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The menu was incredibly creative, and the food was delicious. The small plate format added a fun twist, allowing us to try a variety of dishes. Our server, Jenny, was exceptional and ensured we had a fantastic time.
