However, I’ve noticed that the ice cream has changed recently—it's definitely of lower quality or from different suppliers. I think this is a poor decision, as both the texture and taste are noticeably different. I can't be the only one who feels this way. I hope it's just this location and that others are having a better experience. I would hate to lose the joy of enjoying Baskin Robbins' classic ice cream.

The ice cream had melted almost completely, and the vanilla in the banana split was the worst part. I’m very let down by this experience and will not be ordering from Baskin Robbins again. I chose them because Braum's is no longer available on Grubhub.
