I had to go to the bakery twice to get my cake. a gluten-free cake was prepared with flour. if I hadn't caught the mistake, it could have been bad. When I got my cake again, I had to wait 30 minutes longer than they promised. they didn't care.

I have a small business and was getting my birthday cakes for my staff at Merritt's. I went to Ann's this time and wow! The simple white cake was moist and delicious. The frosting was as good as I have had. Staff and owner very nice and congrats on 75 years in business coming up. I'll be back!

I took the time to go into the load 1 1/2 weeks before ordering the cake and make sure that she understood what I wanted with an agreed price and design. I was given the day of double check colors (which had completely wrong, even if I had supplied 2 pictures) and was told to me that I had put in the special sweets to decorate (total well.) I said, 2 had brought him, they had not even put the tupfer on that we had apprehended and if I asked if they could do it now, they said they had no time. they don't even look close. the colors are wrong, there was no effort in it. it is so sloppy and to complete it...more
